AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Food Service Facilities and Health Department Inspection and Permit Fees.

FOR the purpose of establishing Health Department responsibilities for food service plan
review; setting certain fees for food service plan review; setting penalties for failure
to renew food service licenses; providing for food, service inspection; and charging
certain food service reinspection fees; setting swimming pool permit fees; increasing
well drilling inspection fees; setting certain soil test fees; altering and setting certain
plumbing permit fees and providing for certain multiple dwelling reinspection fees.

BY repealing and reenacting:

Article 14, §6-10l(a) and (b); Article 16, §§16-201 and 21-101; Article 20,
§§2-109(9) and 6-305(a); and Article 22, §3-106

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning and Licenses and Permits - Roadside Vendors

FOR the purpose of permitting roadside vendors as a permitted use in C3, C4, and TC
zoning districts; establishing licensing criteria for roadside vendors including fees,
display of licenses, term of licenses, and performance standards related to zoning,
access, parking, health and signage; specifying enforcement criteria; defining certain
terms; specifying an effective date; and generally relating to roadside vendors.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 16, §8-101
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY adding:

Article 16, §§15-101 through 15-106, to be under the new title "Title 15. Roadside

Vendors"; and Article 28, §§ 3-303(88A) and 3-403(74A)
