AN ORDINANCE concerning:

The Chesapeake Bay Critical Area and Wetlands

FOR the purpose of amending the County's Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Program to
establish a buffer exemption and enhancement program utilizing maps of the buffer
exemption area that are to serve as guidelines to determine the eligibility for a
buffer exemption; providing for certain credits for water quality protection
measures for certain marinas and generally relating to the Chesapeake Bay critical
area and wetlands.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

Article 21, §2-301(j)(1) and (7); and Article 28, §§1A-105(h)(1) and 10-123
