Solid Waste Service Charges

FOR the purpose of adopting rates for solid waste collection services provided to certain
households and commercial units for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995 and
ending June 30, 1996; establishing a service charge for collection of certain bulk
items; providing for the collection of these service charges; and altering certain
provisions pertaining to charges for disposal of solid waste at sanitary landfills
owned by the County.

BY adding:

Article 6, §§5A-102 and 5A-103

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 14, §4-112(c)(l), (2), (5), and (6)
