FOR the purpose of dissolving the Long Point on the Severn Special Community Benefit
District by repealing provisions that establish the district; providing for the
distribution of certain funds remaining in the special fund for the Long Point on the
Severn Special Community Benefit District; establishing a new Long Point on the
Severn Special Community Benefit District; establishing the purposes of the district
and the manner of assessment for the district; and providing for the administration
of the district.

BY repealing:
