AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Detention Center - Inmate Medical Fees

FOR the purpose of setting the fee for certain visits by inmates in Anne Arundel County
Detention Center to a physician, dentist, optometrist, or medical unit; providing
that imposition of the fee shall be governed by State law; providing that the fee shall
be deducted from certain accounts; directing that the proceeds from the fee shall be
deposited in the general fund of the County; and specifying an effective date.
