CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1995-1

SUBJECT: "Passage of ordinances." Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of
Ocean City, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957
edition as amended, to amend the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the
amendment to be entitled: Section C-409 "Passage of Ordinances" by repealing and
reenacting with amendment certain sections of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City,
Maryland. This amendment shall have the effect of permitting a fair summary of any
ordinance to be published and the complete text posted before passage.

Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF POCOMOKE CITY,
PROPOSING THE ANNEXATION TO POCOMOKE CITY OF CERTAIN LAND
SITUATED CONTIGUOUS TO AND BINDING UPON THE WEST SIDE OF U.S.
ROUTE 13, RECENTLY ANNEXED TO THE SOUTH CORPORATE LIMITS OF
POCOMOKE CITY, AND UPON THE EAST SIDE OF OLD VIRGINIA ROAD AND
PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE
PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE BOUNDARY OF POCOMOKE CITY (0.978 acres,
more or less, and 14,020 square feet, more or less - Renshaw and Wilson Properties)
