A resolution to make a technical correction to Sections 53-10(b) and 53-11(c) of
the Municipal Charter (in order to conform with Resolution 5-95, adopted April. 18, 1995,
which amends the Charter to provide for Mayor and Council salaries to be set by
ordinance).

[Sections 53-10 and 53-11 of the Charter of the City of Mount Rainier, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

favorable results of the referendum on the incorporation of the former special taxing

of the special election of the officials for North Chevy Chase.
