shall be, from the effective date of this resolution, subject to the Charter of Leonardtown.

AS PUBLISHED BY GENERAL CODE PUBLISHERS CORPORATION BY
DELETING THE METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTIONS SET FORTH THEREIN,
SUBJECT TO THE PROVISO THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE OF NO
FORCE AND EFFECT UNLESS AND UNTIL CHARTER RESOLUTION 1995-2 IS
ADOPTED AND TAKES EFFECT.
