MUNICIPAL CHARTERS
whereby the Mayor and Town Council have revised the language of Section C-18.3C of
the Charter of the Town of Cheverly, Maryland so that they specify the contents of the
notice of a general election in the Town and further define that instead of public notice
of such elections being given by posting signs in each ward, that such notice be given by a
combination of cable channels, a newsletter, a newspaper of general circulation in the
Town, and the Town's public notice sign within the Town.
