(b) A member of the Commission: (1) may not receive compensation; but
(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. (c) The Commission may have offices and employ a staff and consultants in [9-406. (a) (1) The Commission shall study possible ways to preserve and improve (2) As part of these studies, the Commission may: (i) inventory current residential, commercial, and governmental uses (ii) study the landmark resources of Annapolis and adjacent areas; (iii) study the relationship between the needs of governmental activities (iv) study the fiscal implications of: 1. any program that the Commission investigates; and 2. any recommendation that the Commission supports. (b) The Commission may cooperate with public agencies to: (1) develop plans for the physical development of Annapolis and adjacent (2) ensure adequate access to and transportation facilities for Annapolis (c) The Commission may make specific recommendations on the following (1) arterial highways; (2) building codes; (3) a civic auditorium; (4) economic development; (5) federal and State assistance programs; (6) housing; (7) industrial and commercial growth; - 2036 -
