(A) Water and Wastewater Facilities Improvement Fund. Provide
funds to design, construct, and equip capital improvements for
State institutions. Expenditures for. any of the following projects
may not exceed the amount listed below by more than 7.5%
without notification to the General Assembly. Funds may only be
spent on the projects listed below or on previously authorized
projects. Expenditure of any part of this appropriation for a project
not listed below previously authorized shall also require notification
to the General Assembly....................................................................

(1)     Crownsville Hospital Center (Anne Arundel County):

(a)     Construct improvements to the existing water and wastewater
systems....................................................................................250,000

(b)     Design improvements to the existing water distribution
system.....................................................................................100,000

(2)     Greenbrier State Park (Washington County): Design
improvements to the existing wastewater facility..................20,000

(3)     Jessup Correctional Complex (Anne Arundel County):

(a)     Design and construct improvements to the. existing sewer
system.....................................................................................950,000

(b)     Design and construct improvements to the existing water
distribution system................................................................700,000

(4)     Springfield Hospital Center (Carroll County): Design
improvements to the existing water and wastewater
systems...................................................................................100,000

(5)     Western Maryland Youth Centers (Regional): Design and
construct improvements to the existing water and wastewater
systems at Backbone Mountain, Green Ridge, Maple Run,
Meadow Mountain, and Savage Mountain Youth
Centers...................................................................................150,000

(6)     Western Maryland State Parks (Regional): Design and construct
improvements to the water systems at Gambrill, Dan's Mountain,
and Fort Frederick State Parks............................................ 220,000

(A) Juvenile Justice Facilities. Provide grants to acquire, design,
construct, renovate, and equip residential and nonresidential
