1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND

Amendment No. 1:

On page 70, in line 20, following the word "Program" add the words "; and further
provided that State general funds appropriated for Medical Care Provider
Reimbursements for out of state placement of children may be used to develop a broad
range of services to assist in returning children from out of state placements pursuant to
policies and requirements adopted by the Subcabinet for Children, Youth and Families."
