Administration
To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 1995 to provide
that no part of the appropriation may be
used to enforce the workplace smoking ban
in locations where smoking is permitted on
the terms described in HB 1368. Provided
further that this restriction shall apply also
to the appropriation made in Section 1 of
this Act for fiscal year 1996.
41.01.01.01 Office of the Secretary
In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 122 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to provide funds for grants to local
police departments for body armor for law
enforcement officers.
Object .12 Grants, Subsidies and
Contributions
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is contingent on the
enactment of HB 1153.
41.01.01.01 Office of the Secretary
In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 122 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to provide funds for a grant to the
City of Laurel to bo utilized for public safety
facility renewal.
