AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-  prohibiting the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles for compensation in the
residential zones; and

-  terminating the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles for compensation
where conducted as a no impact home occupation.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-A-2          "DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION"

Section 59-A-2.1         "Definitions"

Division 59-A.3.5. "BUILDING AND USE-AND-OCCUPANCY
PERMITS; REGISTRATION OF HOME
OCCUPATIONS AND HOME HEALTH
PRACTITIONERS' OFFICES"

[Effective Date October 25, 1994]

Subdivision Regulations Amendment No. 94-3

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision Regulations for the purpose
of:

-  creating definitions for terms associated with the water quality review; and

-  requiring a water quality review for certain projects within a special protection
area.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations, Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-35               "Preliminary Subdivision Plans—Approval

Procedure"
