AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- creating a Rural Service Zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-9           "Agricultural Zones"

Article 59-D                "Zoning Districts-Approval Procedures"

Division 59-G-2          "Special Exceptions-Standards and

Requirements"
Division 59-H-2          "Map Amendments - Applications"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-  allowing restaurants with exterior patron entrances in the O-M zone for a limited
period of time; and

-  adding special exception standards for restaurants in the O-M zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
