AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    revising the boundaries of the Bethesda Central Business District.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Article 59-C                Zoning Districts; Regulations

Division 59-C-6           Central Business District Zones

And by superseding Ordinance Number 8-57, adopted by the District Council on
December 6, 1977

[Effective Date August 3, 1994]

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    establishing a retail preservation overlay zone for a portion of the Arlington
Road District of the Bethesda Central Business District Sector Plan in the
vicinity of the intersection of Bradley Boulevard and Arlington Road.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
Division 59-C-18 "Overlay Zones"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    adding a new urban high density category to the Planned Development zones;

-    adding new urban high density Planned Development Zones—PD-60, PD-68,
PD-75, PD-88, PD-100; and

-    amending the compatibility standards for certain Planned Development Zones
within or in close proximity to central business districts or transit station
development areas.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-7           "Planned Unit Development Zones"
