Section 59-C-7.1         "P-D zoned-Planned Development Zone"

[Effective Date August 3, 1994]

Ordinance No. 12-65
Zoning Text Amendment No. 93026

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    Amending the TS-R Zone to permit a wider range of neighborhood-serving
retail uses;

-    Reducing the minimum lot area in the TS-R Zone from 40,000 square fee to
18,000 square feet;

-    Amending certain land uses in the TS-R and TS-M Zones;

-    Deleting the 35% maximum building coverage requirement in the TS-R and
TS-M zones;

-    Revising the minimum open space requirement in the TS-R zone from 50% to
30%;                                                                                                                                                                                                                

- and requiring a minimum active arid passive recreation area requirement of 25
percent in the TS-M Zone if 50 or more residential units are provided.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-C-8.3                  Land Uses

Subsection 59-C-8.41           Minimum Net Lot Area         

Subsection 59-C-8.43           Building Coverage

Subsection 59-C-8.44           Public Use Space

Subsection 59-C-8.54           Retail Sales and Personal Services

[Effective Date August 3, 1994]                                

           Ordinance No. 12-66

Zoning Text Amendment No. 94002

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- clarifying penalty authority for violations of the home occupations and home
health practitioner's regulations.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-A-3.4         "Registration of a home occupation or home

health practitioner's office"
