Zoning Text Amendment No. 93019

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    allowing additional permitted uses in the unrestricted portion of the Planned
Retirement Community Zone;

-    requiring that development on any property added to the age-restricted portion
of the Planned Retirement Community Zone be subject to the Moderate-Price
Dwelling Unit requirements as set forth in Chapter 25A of the Montgomery
County Code; and

-    revising the age requirements for residents in the age-restricted area of the
zone.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,

Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Divison 59-C-7.4              "Planned retirement community zone".

Section 59-C-7.422           "Permitted uses"

Section 59-C-7.44             "Age of residents and residential

densities"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- increasing the density permitted in the R-150/TDR Zone, under the optional
method of development, from 3 units per acre to 6 units per acre.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-l                "Residential Zones, One-Family"

Section 59-C-1.331.          "Methods of Development"
