AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- Clarifying master plan conformity requirement for classification of land to TDR
zones.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Divisin 59-C-1                 "Residential Zones, One Family"

Section 59-C-l.33             "Transferable Development Rights

Zones.
Add a new section:
59-C-1.33.1                       "Location"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    requiring a notice sign be posted for at least 30 days of an application to
continue an existing accessory apartment; and

-    codifying the current practice of the Board of Appeals allowing 15 days from the
mailing of the Board's resolution to request a public hearing on the Board's
action.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-G-1.3(c)               "Modification"

Section 59-G-2.00                  "Accessory apartment"

- providing discretion for the Board of Appeals to hear oral argument on appeals
of Hearing Examiner special exception decision.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
