AN ACT to:

(1)     repeal current County law regarding massage establishments and massage
technicians;

(2)     establish certain requirements for massage establishments in the County;

(3)     require certain persons who perform massage for compensation in the County
to obtain a certain registration certificate;

(4)     establish penalties; and

(5)     generally amend County law regarding massage.

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- modifying the minimum setback requirement from arbitrary lot lines where
development in the 1-3 zone consists of multiple lots created by the same
subdivision plan.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-5                     "Industrial Zones"

Section 59-C-5.34                  "Setbacks in the I-3 and

R&D Zones"
