Permits; declaring the provisions of this Act to be effective July 1, 1994.

[Amending Sections 17.200A(d)(3), 17.300, 17.301, and 17.308 of the Howard County
Code.]

An Act pursuant to Section 403 "Reorganization of the Executive Branch" of the Howard
County Code, moving the vehicle and small engines function to the Department of
General Services and otherwise clarifying the duties of the Department of General
Services; declaring the provisions of this Act effective July 1, 1994.

[Amending Sections 25.101(c) and 6.200(d)(1) of the Howard County Code.

Repealing Sections 6.201(d), 6.211(b), and 18.1001(c)(7) of the Howard County Code.]

An Act amending the size of the signs to be placed on private property by property
owners to notify the public of parking restrictions which, if violated, will result in the
towing of the unauthorized vehicle.
