AN ACT to increase the amount of the property tax credit granted for child and adult day
care providers; to repeal the 4 year duration of the property tax credit for child and
adult day care providers; to repeal certain termination dates governing property tax
credits for child and adult day care providers; to clarify the time period for filing
applications; and to require the Director of Finance to take certain action.

An Act amending Section 4.202(b) and adding new Section 4.203 "Exchange of real
property for educational purposes" to the Howard Code to provide a procedure for
exchange of unneeded real property for educational purposes for other available property
for the same purposes.
