AN ACT concerning

Revitalization Tax Credit

FOR the purpose of enhancing the economic viability of the County's older, established
commercial centers commercially zoned areas by encouraging investment in those
certain areas through the use of a property tax credit applied to certain
improvements which cause an increase of in the appraised full cash value of the
property; including building renovation, building expansion and new construction;
describing property tax credit eligibility; requirements, application process,
administrative unit and appeal rights; stating the extent of the allowable credit; and
its duration and total value.; and generally relating to an incentive tax credit for the
revitalization of commercially zoned areas.
