AN ACT concerning

Nuisances

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from creating or allowing to exist a public
nuisance in the continuing and recurrent use of certain premises in violation of the
laws relating to prostitution, gambling, controlled dangerous substances, and stolen
property, and that these public nuisances are harmful to the health, safety, and
welfare of the citizens of Baltimore County.
