Building Code - Historic Properties

FOR the purpose of amending the building code to prohibit the demolition or removal of
a structure on the Maryland Inventory of Historic Properties unless retention
threatens public health or safety or denies the owner every economically viable use
of the property.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:                                                                   

Retirement Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials

FOR the purpose of modifying the manner in which pension benefits under the
Retirement Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials are calculated when a payee
who is receiving benefits from the Plan is employed or reemployed by the County
and subsequently retires under the Plan.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
Article 7, § 3-211(e)
