AN ORDINANCE concerning:

The Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Protection Program - Community Piers - Calculation

of Number of Slips

FOR the purpose of amending the County Critical Area protection program by
permitting a new or expanded community pier or certain other boating facilities in
the buffer area under certain circumstances; requiring certain numbers or certain
percentages of slips in accordance with certain numbers of platted lots or dwellings
in the critical area; authorizing a variance in accordance with, certain regulations;
defining certain terms; providing for the application of this ordinance; and generally
relating to community piers and the calculation of the number of slips under the
Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Protection Program as provided by State law.

BY repealing:

Article 26, § 1-101(9C); and Article 28, §§ 1-101(15B); 1-111(c); 5-109(d);
