Defined Contribution Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials - Legislative Assistants

FOR the purpose of clarifying that the term "appointed official," for the purpose of the
Defined Contribution Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials, includes paid
legislative assistants to the County Council.
