AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Stormwater Management

FOR the purpose of repealing the existing stormwater management requirements;
adopting new provisions relating to stormwater management; adding new
definitions; requiring the adoption of a Stormwater Management Technical
Manual; providing a revolving fund for emergency repair and reconstruction;
adopting criteria; providing for the inspection and maintenance of facilities;
subjecting certain properties to the new provisions; establishing standards for the
granting of waivers; requiring security to ensure completion of certain facilities;
providing standards for public and private stormwater management facilities;
providing misdemeanor, injunctive, civil penalties and stop-work provisions; and
matters generally relating to stormwater management.

BY repealing:

Public Ethics

FOR the purpose of establishing certain administrative provisions pertaining to the Anne
Arundel County Ethics Commission; adopting provisions pertaining to conflicts of
interest ad financial disclosure for certain employees, and lobbying disclosure for
certain lobbyists; providing for the enforcement of public ethics laws; defining
certain terms; revising certain laws pertaining to public ethics; and generally
relating to public ethics in Anne Arundel County.
