AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning:

Adult Bookstores

FOR the purpose of amending the definition of "adult bookstore" under the Zoning
article to specify criteria for determining when a commercial establishment has as
one of its principal business purposes the sale or rental of certain adult
entertainment material.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 28, § 1-101(1)

Salary Schedule

FOR the purpose of providing a two percent salary increase for all County employees
represented by an exclusive representative other than the American Federation of
State, County and Municipal Employees, Local 582.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Self-Insurance Fund - Reserves for Employees Group Health Plan

FOR the purpose of providing for the holding of monetary reserves in the Self-Insurance
Fund for the Employees Group Health Plan; providing for the transfer of those
reserves to meet funding needs of the Employees Group Health Plan; setting
certain restrictions on the use of the monetary reserves for the Employees Group
Health Plan; and generally relating to monetary reserves in the Self-Insurance Fund
for the Employees Group Health Plan.
