Personnel

FOR the purpose of amending the classification plan; deleting and adding certain
positions to the exempt service; amending the minimum qualifications for certain
classifications; amending the pay plans for certain classified and exempt positions;
repealing a certain provision to effectuate a Charter amendment that provided that
the County Attorney shall serve on a full-time basis and may not engage in the
private practice of law; and generally relating to personnel.
