AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Parke West Special Community Benefit District

FOR the purpose of establishing the Parke West Special Community Benefit District for
the purpose of acquisition and maintenance of equipment and materials required to
maintain and improve community property, the acquisition and maintenance of
recreational equipment for use on or improvements to community property, the
provision of special security protection, the provision of insect and pest control, and
to pay the administrative expenses necessary to accomplish these purposes;
providing for the special community tax to be a uniform assessment for each
property tax account in the district; designating the Parke West Homeowners
Association, Inc. to administer the district; and generally relating to the
establishment and administration of the district.

BY adding:

Article 6, § 2-104(u-1) and § 2-106(d)(6)

BY renumbering:

Article 6, § 2-104(u-1) to be § 2-104(u-2) and § 2-106(d)(6) through (13) to be §
