A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council to enlarge the Corporate
Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend the Charter of the City of
Cumberland (39,958 square feet, more or less).

[Pursuant to Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition and 1994 Supplement).

CHARTER, ENACTED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER 277, EFFECTIVE AUGUST
22, 1979, AS AMENDED THEREAFTER AND ADOPTING IN ITS PLACE A NEW
CHARTER, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 23A, SECTION 11, ET SEQ. OF THE
MARYLAND ANNOTATED CODE.
