[Section 7 of the Charter of the Town of Edmonston, Prince George's County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition
and 1994 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

FEDERALSBURG

Resolution

WHEREAS, after consideration of the discussions, research and advice and
consultation regarding the current requirements of the charter of the Mayor and Council
of Federalsburg with respect to registration and voting, and to better enable the citizens
of Federalsburg to participate in the government of their municipality, it is this 6th day of
June, 1994, RESOLVED as follows:

Section 90A shall be enacted and added after Section 90 involving Voter
Registration.

found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition
and 1994 Supplement), added.

Resolution

WHEREAS, after consideration of the discussions, research and advice and
consultation regarding the current requirements of the charter of the Mayor and Council
of Federalsburg with respect to salary and compensation for the Mayor and Council, it is
this 6th day of June, 1994, RESOLVED that Sections 97 and 98 be amended.
