A Resolution of the Council of the City of Crisfield to amend the Charter of the
City of Crisfield by amending Article V, Registration: Elections, § C5-1, Qualifications of
Voters.

[Section C5-1 of the Charter of the City of Crisfield, Somerset County, as found in
the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and 1994
Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Annexation Resolution

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council to enlarge the Corporate
Boundaries of the City of Cumberland and thereby amend the Charter of the City of
Cumberland (27,321.68 square feet, more or less).

[Pursuant to Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County,
as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement
Edition and 1994 Supplement).

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 107

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority contained in Article XI-E of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations," as said Section was enacted by Chapter 423 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1955, entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1991 EDITION), BY
REPEALING SECTION 123 OF SAID CHARTER AND ENACTING A NEW
SECTION 123."

[Section 123 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany County, as found in
the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and 1994
Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
