Make a Technical Correction.

Charter Resolution 95-CR-2

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of College Park, Maryland, to Amend
Subsections C10-3, C10-5 and C10-7 of Article X (Finance and Taxation) of the City
Charter in order to specify that budget hearings must conform to the state's constant yield
tax rate procedures, and to permit interdepartmental budget transfers and supplemental
appropriations when there are available revenues in excess of the budget.
