A CHARTER AMENDMENT TO CORRECT TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Resolution of the Council of Chevy Chase View adopted pursuant to Article XI-E
of the Constitution of Maryland, Article 23A, Section 13 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, and the Charter of Chevy Chase View to amend Sections 1 and 8 of the
Charter of Chevy Chase View so as to correct typographical errors in the Charter adopted
in conjunction with the incorporation of Chevy Chase View as a town; more specifically,
to insert the omitted word "on", to change the word "as" to "at", to specify the correct
number of courses and distances in the description of Chevy Chase View's boundaries
and to correct a citation for the section of the Maryland Code authorizing small
denomination bonds.

County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990
Replacement Edition and. 1994 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
