Further provided that funds appropriated for
the purpose of making local jail per diem
reimbursement payments or estimated
payments (as provided under Article 27, §
690 of the Annotated Code), to any
jurisdiction shall be subject to the following
conditions:

(1) Each jurisdiction shall submit FY 1995
per diem closeout data to the Department
of Public Safety and Correctional Services
by the close of business on December 1,
1995. Further, each jurisdiction shall submit
FY 1995 inmate days reports not later than
October 1, 1995. For any jurisdiction for
