35.01.01.01 General Administration

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$20,000,000 of this appropriation is

contingent upon the enactment of

legislation transferring a portion of the
Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund
surplus to the general fund; and further
provided that this $20,000,000 is for the
purpose of making onetime, non recurring
crime prevention major equipment or crime
prevention capital improvement grants
which are to be distributed as follows:
Baltimore City $8,000,000, Prince George's
County $8,000,000 and Montgomery County
