Services 32.13.01.02 are to be used only for
the purposes herein appropriated and may
only be transferred for the purpose of
enhancing or matching federal funds for
services for individuals with developmental
disabilities. All funds remaining at the close
of June 30, 1996 shall revert to the general
fund.

32.13.02.01 Services and Institutional Operations
General Fund Appropriation. It is the intent
of the General Assembly that any excess
funds in the institutions which may arise
during the course of the fiscal year, such as
through additional staff turnover, be
transferred to Community Services
(32.13.01.02). The committees request that
the department provide a report by January
1, 1996 on whether any excess funds may be
available for transfer from the institutions
during FY 1996., provided that $300,000 of
general funds appropriated in the
Rosewood Center (32.13.02.01) may be used
only for community services for
