29.02.01.01 State System Construction and

Equipment

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that no
funds may be expended to design or construct
a proposed visitor center at the Cambridge
Sailwinds Park until:

(1)    The Department of Transportation has
submitted design plans and cost estimates for
the proposed visitor center based on a
structure of 2,200 to 2,600 6,000 square feet,
with funding from the transportation trust fund
which shall not exceed $2,100,000 $2,800,000,
and

(2)     The budget committees have an
opportunity to review and comment on the
proposed design and cost estimate or 45 days
have elapsed from the receipt of the required
design and cost estimate.................................

29.02.01.02 State System Maintenance

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that the
agency may allocate the reduction of
$1,500,000 during the fiscal year based on
actual needs. It is the intent of the budget
committees that the reduction should be used
by the department to provide an additional
$1,500,000 for major contract maintenance
during the fiscal year via budget amendment..
