(d) (1) A person who conducts or operates a game of bingo in Washington
County in violation of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject
to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or both.

(2) Each day a violation occurs is a separate violation under this subsection.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Condominiums - Definition of Property and Corrective Amendments

FOR the purpose of providing that the Council of Unit Owners or Board of Directors of
a condominium may correct certain errors in the declaration, bylaws, or plat in a
certain way; clarifying that riparian and littoral rights associated with property are
included within the definition of property that may be subjected to a condominium
regime; making provisions of this Act severable; and generally relating to
condominiums.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Real Property

11-101.

(m) "Property" means unimproved land, land together with improvements
thereon, [or] improvements without the underlying land, OR RIPARIAN OR LITTORAL
RIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH LAND. Property may consist of noncontiguous parcels or
improvements.
