(2) Shall be open for pupil attendance a minimum of 3 hours during each
school day; and
(3) May not be open on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays in order to meet the
180 day or 1,080 hour requirement of this subsection.
(e) (1) The county boards of Allegany, Anne Arundel, Calvert, Howard, and
Montgomery Counties, and the Board of School Commissioners of Baltimore City, may
elect to operate one or more schools within the county or Baltimore City on a year-round
basis, provided that the 180 day [and] OR the 1,080 THE MINIMUM hour
[requirements] REQUIREMENT under this section [are] IS met.
(2) Nothing in this section precludes a county board from conducting a
year-round pilot study or program that is funded by the county board.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning
Real Property - Disclosure of Condition of Property
FOR the purpose of altering the applicability of certain provisions of law requiring a
vendor of certain residential real property to complete and deliver to a purchaser a
written property condition statement or disclaimer statement; requiring the State
Real Estate Commission to develop by regulation a single standardized form that
includes both statements; adding to the information that a disclosure form is
required to contain; providing that a purchaser who receives a disclaimer statement
on or before entering into a contract of sale does not have the right to rescind the
contract based upon the information contained in the statement; providing that a
purchaser who does not receive a disclaimer statement on or before entering into a
contract of sale has certain recision rights; altering the circumstances under which a
purchaser's right to rescind a contract of sale terminates; clarifying when a
disclosure or disclaimer statement is required to be delivered to certain purchasers;
repealing a provision of law that renders a contract of sale void if a certain disclosure is
not made within 3 days; establishing that a disclosure statement does not constitute
a certain warranty; and generally relating to residential real property condition
disclosure and disclaimer statements.
