(A) IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS (B) "CHILD CARE CENTER" MEANS A CHILD CARE CENTER AS DEFINED IN § (C) "DEPARTMENT" MEANS THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND (D) "ELEVATED BLOOD LEAD" MEANS A QUANTITY OF LEAD IN WHOLE (E) "FAMILIES OF LIMITED INCOME" MEANS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, (1) THE AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL INCOME OF THE FAMILY AVAILABLE (2) THE SIZE OF THE FAMILY; (3) THE COST AND CONDITION OF AVAILABLE HOUSING; (4) THE ABILITY OF THE FAMILY TO COMPETE SUCCESSFULLY IN THE (5) RELEVANT STANDARDS AND DEFINITIONS ESTABLISHED FOR (F) "FUND" MEANS THE SPECIAL LOAN PROGRAMS FUND IDENTIFIED IN (G) "LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION GRANT PROGRAM" MEANS THE LEAD (H) (1) "LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION ACTIVITY" MEANS ANY SET OF (2) "LEAD HAZARD REDUCTION ACTIVITY" INCLUDES: - 2280 -
