Chapter 188 of the Acts of 1990, as amended by Chapter 44 of the Acts of 1992, as
amended by Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1994

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1990. It shall remain effective for a period of [6] 8 years and, at the end of June
30, 1998, and with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall be
abrogated and of no further force and effect.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Inconsistent number of years in the sunset provision of Chapter 188
of the Acts of 1990, as amended by Chapter 44 of the Acts of 1992 and
Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1994.

Occurred: Ch. 147, Acts of 1994.

Chapter 114 of the Acts of 1994

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the initial
[15] 16 members of the Lead Paint Poisoning Commission appointed by the Governor
shall expire as follows:

(1) [Three] FOUR in 1995;

. (2) Four in 1996;

(3)     Four in 1997; and

(4)     Four in 1998.
DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Erroneous reference to the number of members of the Lead Paint
Poisoning Commission authorized by § 6-807(b) of the Environment Article.
One member was omitted from the list of staggered initial terms in § 3 of
Chapter 114 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1994.

Occurred: Ch. 114, Acts of 1994.

Chapter 293 of the Acts of 1994

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1994. It shall remain effective for a period of [one year] TWO YEARS and, at the
end of June 30, 1996, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act
shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Inconsistency between abrogation date and described time period.
Occurred: Ch. 293, Acts of 1994.
