Chapter 397 of the Acts of 1994
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, notwithstanding Section 1
of this Act, the salary levels specified IN Chapter 87, Acts of 1982 (Orphans' Court
judges), Chapter 466, Acts of 1982 (Board of License Commissioners), Chapter 407, Acts
of 1987, (Board of Supervisors of Elections), Chapter 254, Acts of 1989 (County
Treasurer), Chapter 73, Acts of 1990 (State's Attorney) and Chapter 775, Acts of 1989
(Sheriff), shall remain in effect for the remainder of the current terms.

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
1-201.
(f) (7) An officer confiscating any unlicensed distillery or unlawful distillery
materials, equipment or devices under circumstances which render if. impractical or
impossible to move them to a safe place of custody and storage, or confiscating any illicit
alcoholic beverages, except that seized for evidence or forfeiture, shall forthwith destroy
them only insofar as is necessary to render them unfit for further unlawful use and shall
report the confiscation and destruction to the alcohol and tobacco tax [division] UNIT of
the Comptroller of the Treasury of Maryland.
