Article 10.  Funerals.

Any Brother neglecting to attend the funeral of a deceased Brother of
this Division after having received due notice to attend, shall be fined
fifty cents, unless excused by the Division.

Article 11.  It shall be the duty of the A. R. S. to notify all persons
elected to membership in this Division, of the same.

Article 12.  Signing Constitution and By-laws.

Every member, on being admitted, shall sign the constitution and By-laws.

Article 13.  Nine members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

Article 14.  The Division shall meet every friday, from the first of October
till the 31.st of March, at 7 oClock P. M. and from the first of April
till the 31.st of September, at 8 oClock P. M.

Article 15.  These By-laws shall not be altered, amended, suspended, or
repealed, except at a regular meeting, by a proposal in writing to that
effect, offend at least two meetings previous to being acted upon, and
then receive the concurrence of three fourths of the members present.

                        Rules of Order
Rule 1.  At the time appointed for the meeting of the Division, the W. P. shall
take the chair, when the following shall be the order of business.

1.  Reading the minutes of the last meeting.  2.  Reports of Committees on
Candidates for membership.  3.  Balloting for members.  4.  Initiation of Members.
5.  Dues and other monies collected.  6.  Is any Brother sick or in distress?
7.  Has any Brother, in violation of his obligation, divulged the private
affairs of the Order?  8.  Has any Brother violated Article 2 of the
Constitution?  9.  Has any Brother a Candidate to propose as a son of Temperance?
10.  Reports of Committees.  11.  Unfinished business.  12.  New business.
13.  Has any Brother any thing to offer for the benefit of the Order?
14.  Election of Officers.  The W. P. may at any meeting transpose the
order of business.
