Division, shall be fined, suspended, or expelled, as the Division may determine.

Sec. 4.  Should any member, during the meetings of this Division, use profane or abusive
language, refuse to obey the commands of the W. P., or act disrespectfully towards
an Officer or member it shall be the duty of the W. P. forthwith to report
the offending Brother to the Division for immediate action, when such Brother,
for the first offense, shall be fined one dollar, for the second two dollars, and
for the third he shall be expelled by a two-third vote.

Sec. 5.  Should any member prefer false charges against another, or knowingly propose
an unworthy person for membership, or through envy, hatred, or other sinister motives, blackball
or procure others to blackball any candidate for membership he shall be fined, suspended,
or expelled, as the Division may determine, by a two-third vote.

Sec. 6.  Any Officer absenting himself from meetings of the Division, shall be fined for
each offence twenty five cents - the R. S. and F. S. for neglecting to have their books
present at any meeting shall be fined each fifty cents.

Sec. 7.  Each member of any committee shall be fined twenty five cents for every neglect
of duty; and each member of any Committee shall be fined twenty five cents for neglecting
to report their proceedings in writing.

Sec. 8.  The Division may exonerate Officers & members from all fines, if they
deem the excuse offered sufficient.

Sec. 9.  Any Brother, who, in violation of his Obligation, shall divulge the
private affairs of the Order, shall be expelled.

Article 6.  Standing Committee.

Sec. 1.  There shall be a standing committee of five members appointed on the first
meeting night of each quarter, by the W. P., whose duty it shall be to supervise
the conduct of members during the quarter; to take cognizance of all violations of
Morality in any manner inconsistent with the rules of the Order, and report them
to the Division.

Sec. 2.  It shall be the duty of each and every member of this Division to make
know to the standing Committee any malconduct of Brothers.

Sec. 3.  Should it be satisfactorily shewn to the Division, that any member of the
standing Committee had failed to report the misconduct of a Brother which had
come to his knowledge, at the next regular meeting after such knowledge had been
obtained, he shall be fined not more than one dollar, as the Division may determine.

Article  7.  Admission of Ministers.

Ministers of the Gospel shall be admitted members of this Division, for the sum of
two dollars, who by paying the weekly dues, and otherwise conforming to the requirements
of the Constitution and By-laws, shall be entitled to the benefits.

Article 8.  No religious or political matters shall be introduced, as a subject
of controversy, within the Hall or Ante-Chamber, before opening, or during the
deliberations of the Division.

Article 9.  In the absence of the W. P. and W. A. the oldest P. W. P. present
shall take the chair, and if neither be present, the Division may choose a
W. P. pro tem.
