419 Henry Willen Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that Exd from 85 the following release of Mortgage was received and Solomon Robinson recorded on the 17.th day of May 1852 to wit This Indenture made this Seventeenth day of May in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty two between Solomon Robinson of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland of the one part and Henry Willen of the same county and state aforesaid of the other part Whereas the said Henry Willen by his mortgage Bill of Sale bearing date the ninth day of June Eighteen hundred and forty three duly executed acknowledged and recorded in Liber W J No 2 folio 135 one of the Chattel record books of Dorchester County aforesaid And for and in consideration and on account of the said Solomon Robinson having become Security for the said Willen for his appearance at the ensuing Term of Dorchester County Court in the sum of fifty dollars and also for having become Security for the said Willens to James A Stewart for the sum of twenty dollars with interest until paid. Did grant bargain sell alien enfeoff and convey & confirm unto the said Solomon Robinson his heirs and assigns the following property to wit two yoke of Steers Two milch Cows one young heifer seventeen head of Hogs seven head of Sheep and all the balance of Household & kitchen furniture reference being had to said deed will more fully appear And whereas the Said Henry Willen hath fully paid and satisfied to him the said James A Stewart the above mentioned Sum of Twenty dollars and the interest thereon and hath fully complied with the requisitions of said Bill of Sale in every respect he the said Solomon Robinson doth agree to execute this instrument of writing as a full release of the above mentioned & described property Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Solomon Robinson for and in Consideration of the payment of the above mentioned sum of money & the interest thereon & having also Complied with the requisitions of said Mortgage Bill of sale & also for and in Consideration of the sum of one dollar current money to him in hand paid the said Henry Willen the receipt whereof he the said Solomon Robinson doth acknowledged himself to be fully satisfied Contented and paid hath and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell release and convey unto Henry Willen his heirs and assigns forever all the above mentioned and described their only proper use and behoof and to & for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Solomon Robinson hath hereunto subscribed his name and affixed his seal the day & first herein before written Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of Solomon Robinson (seal) Josiah Jump Charles Corkran State of Maryland Dorchester County Sc Be it remembered that on Bill of Sale deld to Henry Willen April 7th 1853 |
