391 of Top fodder two stacks of Straw one harrow one plow gear one old gig one saddle and bridle one lot of poultry two beds bedsteads and furniture One dozen chairs two carpets and all the balance of my household and kitchen furniture and personal property of every kind and description whatsoever To Have and To Hold the said goods and chattels and personal property above mentioned and described unto the said Levin Mobray his heirs and assigns to his and their only proper use and behoof and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Solomon Wilson doth for himself his heirs, executors and administrators hereby warrant and defend the said above described goods and chattels and personal estate against him the said Solomon Wilson and his heirs and against all persons whatsoever unto him the said Levin Mobray his heirs and assigns In Testimony whereof the said Solomon Wilson has hereunto subscribed his name and affixed his seal this fifth day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty two Signed sealed and delivered Solomon Wilson (seal) In presence of James Rea State of Maryland Dorchester County st Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this fifth day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty two personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the justices of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid Solomon Wilson party vendor named in the aforegoing Bill of Sale and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed and delivered the same for the uses and purposes therein mentioned according to the act of assembly in such case made and provided Also on the same day and year aforesaid before the Subscriber as aforesaid personally appeared the within named Levin Mobray party vendee named in the aforegoing bill of sale and made oath that the Consideration mentioned therein is true and bona fide as therein stated Acknowledged and sworn before James Rea Received January 9th 1852 of Levin Mobray the sum of one dollar in lieu of a stamp on this Bill of Sale Francis J Henry clerk Clement Hubbard Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that the Exd from 95 following bill of sale was received and recorded on the Eliza Rawleigh first day of January eighteen hundred and fifty two John L Thomas to wit. Know all men by these presents and wife and {Stamp} that we Eliza Rawleigh guardian to Sarah James A. Stewart {one dollar} H. Rawleigh now wife of John L. Thomas delivered to C Hubbard April 1st 1853 |
