do grant bargain and sell unto the said Hugh S Muir his heirs and
assigns the following property, to wit:  one grey mare, four head of Cattle, one
horse Cart, one wheat Fan, one Corn Cradle, two Ploughs, two harrows, 200 lbs
of Bacon, two stacks blade Fodder, seven barrels of Corn, three Beds, Bedsteads &
furniture, one half dozen Chairs, two Cupbord & ware, Cop of wheat seeded on
the ground where I now reside, three sheep with young lambs, Eight head of Hogs

             To have and to hold the above discribed property as above bargained
and sold unto the said Hugh S. Muir his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns against me the said Malachi Vickers my heirs
Executors and administrators and against all and every other person
or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend.

       In Testimony whereof I Malachi Vickers have hereto set my hand
and affixed my seal this Eight day of March Eighteen hundred and fifty
two.  Signed sealed and delivered                           his
in the presence of Charles Corkran             Malachi x Vickers   (Seal)

Maryland Dorchester County to wit:   On the Eight day of March in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two personally
appeared before me a Justice of the peace in and for said County the
within named Malachi Vickers and acknowledged the within Bill of
Sale to be his act and deed according to the purport, true Intent, and
meaning of the same, and at the same time came before me Hugh S Muir
within mentioned and made oath on the holy Evangely of Almighty God
that the Consideration set forth in this Bill of Sale is true and bona
fide as therein set forth according to the act of Assembly in such case
made and provided.   Acknowledged & sworn before

Levin Mobray      Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that
Exd  from   75      the following bill of sale was received and recorded on
Solomon Wilson   the ninth day of January 1852 to wit.
                                                    Know all men by these presents that
I Solomon Wilson of Dorchester County and State of Maryland for and
in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and nineteen dollars and
twenty nine cents current money to me in hand paid by Levin Mobray
of the county and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I the said Solomon
Wilson have given granted bargained sold conveyed and transferred and
by these presents do give grant bargain sell convey and transfer unto
the said Levin Mobray his heirs and assigns from the following personal
property to wit  One bay mare named Queen One yoke of steers yoke and
cows one ox cart one heifer two hogs twenty barrels of long corn and
ten barrels of short corn one thousand pounds of blade fodder two stacks
